Delete Your Account
Pixipass allows you to delete your account directly within the app. When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal data from our systems.
How to Delete Your Account
Follow these steps to delete your Pixipass account:
- Open the Pixipass app on your device
- Navigate to Settings
- Go to Account & Security
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your decision when prompted
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you delete your account, we will:
- Delete your account information and profile
- Remove your saved places and preferences
- Delete any passes stored in your account
- Remove your check-in history from our systems
Please Note: Check-in records that have been shared with businesses you visited remain in their systems for their operational purposes. To request deletion of data held by specific businesses, please contact those businesses directly.
Data Deletion Timeline
- Your account will be deactivated immediately upon confirmation
- Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days
- During this period, you can contact us if you wish to cancel the deletion
