Your Account, Your Choice
You’re in control of your Pixipass account. If you’ve decided that Pixipass isn’t right for you, you can request account deletion at any time, subject to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Please be aware that account deletion is permanent and irreversible. Some information may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
How to Request Account Deletion
Follow these steps to request deletion of your Pixipass account:
- Open the Pixipass app on your device
- Navigate to Settings
- Go to Account & Security
- Select Request Account Deletion
- Confirm your decision when prompted
You will receive an email confirming that your request has been successfully received. If you do not receive the email within 24 hours, please contact us at privacy@pixipass.com to ensure your request was received.
We aim to process deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. During that time, you may contact us at the same address if you wish to cancel your request.

What to Expect
Once your request is processed, your Pixipass account and associated profile data will be removed from our systems to the extent permitted by law and our Privacy Policy.
Please note that check-in records created during your use of Pixipass may be retained by Pixipass on behalf of the organizers and businesses whose events you attended. This data is held in accordance with our Privacy Policy. For questions about specific records, contact us at privacy@pixipass.com.
